Posting from the land of always winter, never Christmas. It wasn’t safe to make it to the gym today (they’ve got tow trucks out for the city buses!) so I made do with body weight and resistance bands at home. How’s your week going?

Also, sorry for missing last week. I was out of town for my cousin’s crazy party wedding weekend.

Also, do any of you folks do meal prep? I kind of do, for breakfast and snacks, but the logistics of doing it for two people for lunch and dinner (so like 20 servings for the week) just seems hard. And, I’m not sure how eating the same thing over and over would go over with the spouse.
