Morning GT! This is your friendly weekend fitness post, since we haven’t had one of those in a while.
First time back in the gym after a forced break (gym closed between Christmas and New Year’s and then I got sick). It went pretty well, and I went and played in the real weight room for the first time (I’ve been hiding in my gym’s smaller functional strength room which has TRX straps and kettlebells and such).
My fitness goals for the year are based on being able to do things. So, I’m entering the lottery for Half Dome and want to be able to do that without being completely destroyed after. Also, I’d like to get that pull up!
