Anyone up for a recipe share?

I’m growing zucchini for the first time this year and no wonder people always try to give it away by the bagful! That thing is productive!


If you have a bunch hanging around, I have a new favorite recipe for it:

Today, I made it and sliced some cherry tomatoes on the top, since I had a handful that were ripe. It’s so easy and YUM!
