Y’all. Meal planning these days is draining the life out of me. I mean, if it weren’t for Homey, I’d go back and forth between roasted cauliflower and quinoa one night and some sort of eggy deliciousness another and just like SOOOOOOOUPS all the time. But he doesn’t like eggs or cauliflower or quinoa. I’ve only recently started getting him on the soup train but, in the middle of summer, even I don’t want soup. So, I feel like I’ve been making the same things over and over again and I have -247% inspiration right now.
What are you all eating these days? Where’s your inspiration coming from? Are you also hitting the meal planning/cooking wall?
