I just discovered the most amazing crepe combination of all time, and will be spending my afternoon cooking for the week ahead. The bread, ribs, and tonne of roast veggies I’m making mean I’ll be eating well this week!
So: that crepe. If you want to experience bliss, stick a soft egg, a couple slices of prosciutto, feta, basil pesto, and grilled asparagus on a crepe and fold it all up. I thought it might be too much, but holy crap it might be the best thing I’ve ever had in my life.
