I need some recipe advice, o wise cooks of GT.

Last time we went to the food pantry, we got 2 2-packs of smoked, pre-cooked turkey drumsticks. Nobody wants to eat them as-is, and the only thing I can think of to use the meat in is red beans and rice. Which is not a bad idea, but I wanted to see if anyone had any other suggestions. We’re not picky, but I do cook gluten and dairy free because my 2 youngest kids have food intolerances. I can adjust just about any recipe to accommodate them, though, so, hit me with your best shot!
