Food Question!

Ok, folks, I need some suggestions! I have a little slab of Iberico bacon. (Iberico pork comes from a specific breed of pig in Spain and is, like, exponentially more delicious than any other pork I have ever had, so when I saw this I splurged on it). Because it is so delicious (and kind of pricey) I want to really savor it. I found this Martha Stewart recipe for cider-braised bacon, which sounds really good. My question is: what should I serve it with? The only thing I can think of is to get some nice rolls and make fancy BLTs. Does anybody have any other ideas?

And more generally, is anyone else planning their meals for the week? Anything fun/interesting/new planned?
