Welcome To The Bitchery

I recently found this great site that has tons of free yoga videos. I know a few of us here were talking about our stiff backs and necks, and I know that some in the GT fitness group might need to change up their routines, so here's a free resource. I've had no problems using it, and I really like Melissa McLeod's teaching style. I've only used the beginner videos, so I can't vouch for higher intensity videos, but it's pretty great so far.
