Have you ever done something at work like email someone a proof with SPECIFIC direction that what you are showing them is FPO - for placement only - as in NOT FINAL STILL IN THE WORKS? I wrote a line ABOVE the graphic specifically IN BOLD stating all copy shown is NOT FINAL - copy shown is just to show how copy would look - it is NOT REAL COPY. Client response - this copy is not correct - and font is too small. Proof was to look at design ONLY with copy in it since they ASKED FOR THAT.

Anyhoo, I painted my nails tennis ball neon and I lurrrrrrv them. It has been ohhh about 95-ish outside with smack-you-in-the-face humidity so I’ve stopped fighting the curls in my hair and just throw it up in a bun and let the frizzies pop out.
I wanted to ask you guys, have any of you had experiences or changes in your weight when you cut out diet soda? Diet Coke is my vice and it makes me really sad thinking about saying goodbye to it but I heard that your belly can reduce some fat or flatten a little once you cut it out. I know diet sodas increase sugar cravings, thus leading to weight gain but I haven’t really noticed a lot of sugar intake. I’m just trying to flatten my stomach a little. I’ve been running about 4-5 days at the gym like a steady jog for about 20 minutes then biking another 20 while reading. Scale has not budged. This has been for about 2 weeks now. Legs are definitely stronger and harder feeling in quads but stomach area is still the same.
