Fuck you, accounting.

First, fuck you for making \filing my expense reports incredibly painful and confusing.

Second, fuck you for depositing money into an account I haven't had in 6 months and stopped using for direct deposit 9 months ago!

I know that you guys and payroll don't use the exact same system, but would it kill you guys to run a report every month to check for discrepancies between your systems? If you could, that'd be great.

ETA: In the interest of fairness, this snafu is not the fault of the accounting person I've been dealing with. He's actually been super-nice and understanding; the problem is the system they use is messed up and they don't link databases with payroll to make sure data's current. That's management's fault, not his.
