I would like to start with saying THANK YOU to everyone who has helped me out in the last few weeks. Thanks to you all I’ve managed to buy the best baskets ánd I got some omeprazol last week which was the total right move. Thanks again!
So as it turns out, the doc says my oesophagus is probably inflamed, which has caused the terrible pain and near-constant heartburn of the last few weeks. This means that for the next 6 weeks I’m going on a diet!
I’ve been off coffee and alcohol for about 2 weeks now and last week ate little more than some yoghurt, toast and very very light evening meals that were mostly carbs based. No meats, spicy, salty, fatty, onion, garlic, bellpeppers.. Basically nothing flavoured. Haha. Hah. Joke.
It really helped though! But it also leaves me with very little energy and headaches since I just am not putting enough energy in my body. So I need ideas for food. Food I can eat! The doc said I should be able to eat almost anything so long as it isn’t too sour, salty, spicy or fatty.
Any ideas? I would really appreciate it because I’m at the end of my rope. The internet is NO help.
Also I’m going on holiday this weekend to Belgium and Luxembourg with Boobieguy! Yay! (that is.. If he’s all healed up since he fell of his non-motorised-bike this weekend and is pretty badly scraped. I take care of him, then he takes care of me when I run out of energy and get all woozy.)
