I'm not happy with how my body feels. Technically, I weigh more than I should for my height, but that isn't truly a big deal to me. Number's just a number.
It's how ungainly and blimpy and etc I feel when doing pretty much anything. The past couple of weeks I've started walking again and am enjoying it (and the Zombies, Run app that keeps me distracted and motivated enough to keep going. I used to do a run/walk combo way back when, too, but unfortunately, something is wrong with my knees that I am too poor to go get checked out. (They're hot and swollen and movement is a painful challenge.) Running can sometimes happen but for the most part, it's not going to.
So I need to supplement with other work outs because I'm not noticing any change in how I'm carrying myself yet. In the past at this point in working out, I have. (And yes, I've changed what I eat about as much as I can.) Lifehacker posted an article a while back on Youtube suggestions, but they were only marginally more helpful than the comments talking about hot girl ass. The internet is a giant suck-pool when searching for exercise videos, so reading that article had me super excited and then super bummed.
I don't have money to buy weights, and my cat is only willing to help insofar as pettins' are part of the bargain. I do have fairly heavy non-awkward-to-lift things in the house and plenty of wall space.
So, any suggestions for online exercise videos?
