Getting Fit/Losing Weight OT

Guys, I’ve made a decision that I am going to lose some weight, not much maybe a stone and a half tops. I need some advice about I can use to help me monitor my calorie intake, any tips about how to more easily change snacking habits (I’m a grazer) and what foods are healthy in general (no fish though I have a weird thing about any food that lives underwater).

Also feel free to discuss anything else you feel like.
