Hi all!

I’m going to start a weekly goal post where I will be listing something/some things I am focusing on for the week. Anyone is welcome to join in - I find discussing something helps it feel more real to me and I am more likely to follow through on it.

No limitation on what goal can be listed; no judgment on the goal.

Here’s mine this week:

Floss at least 3 nights this week (I hate flossing but know I should do it).

Not throw away any leftovers this week.

Unpack those 2 boxes I haven’t unpacked from the move last month.
