I was thinking, it might be a good idea to have a sort of accountability thread each day we’re staying in. I know it’s way too easy for me to spend the day looking at screens if I don’t have a plan and I don’t have to “report” to somebody. Actually, maybe we (I :D) need two: One for goals in the morning and one for accomplishments in the evening.
What do you all think?
Today, we are doing our last grocery run for awhile. Then, I need to come home and set up a schedule for the duration of the “quarantine” (what do we call this?). I’m also planning on getting some exercise in. An outdoor walk, weather permitting, or some yoga indoors. I should also set up a menu. I’ve not been so great about that since returning from Seattle and it’ll be nice to have a sense of control over something, anyway.
How are y’all? Are you taking good care of yourselves, body and spirit?
