It's been a while since I've made one of these posts. Tell me three good things about your day, GT!

My three:

1. I've gone about two weeks, maybe more, without any abnormal anxiety. (I suddenly developed terrible anxiety in November. I've usually been pretty chill when it comes to anxiety, but this was nearly debilitating).

2. My SADS seems to be fading out! I was sipping my coffee and found myself thinking "Life is just... good." It's been a while, probably since early November.

3. I had a ginger and cinnamon cappuccino and it was delicious.
