What kinds of things do y’all like to eat with your cheeses?
I found some Pimento Cheese at Target a couple montgs ago, and discovered it’s amazing on pumpernickel cocktail-bread (a 3"w×3"h rectangular loaf, with slices that are about 1/4" thick)
The bread is also amazing with brie spread on it, and becomes divine with brie and a Trader Joe’s Dark Morello Cherry or two on top🤗
