I have some serious food issues that I’m working through, and they deserve their own post. But I am trying to work around them to start getting healthier and maybe lose some weight (that is a secondary goal). One thing I can do is make smoothies and soups, because when blended really well that avoids my major texture issues. Mr. Toad and I just got a nice blender and we’re ordering groceries either today or tomorrow, so I need all your smoothie ideas! Green smoothies, fruit smoothies, anything. The only caveat is that I can’t do bananas. Like at all. Even if you “can’t taste them” I will find that taste and I will hurl.

Also if anyone has any general smoothie-making tips that would be appreciated since I have never done this before at all.
