From the woman who is the social media editor for TEDtalks. This specifically is pretty powerful regarding the comments and reactions she saw after posting Monica Lewinsky's talk, and how they were different than the usual, but in general I think she has some amazing things to say about commenting, comment moderation, and what everyday people can do to keep a space a real online forum rather than essentially giving people a platform to bully.

It's an easy, good read and one that I wish the kinja powers that be would take notice of. It also made me thankful (once again) for our mods and commenters here.
