Back in 1983 in my Catholic boys High School there was a craze, nationwide of high schoolers chewing tobacco. Well it caught on in my school (except me and others) during the lunch break we would after eating go to the locker room (for school books not for gym) and some students would stand around a garbage pail spitting out tobacco. A nun walked over to them (I was sitting for others next to them at a picnic table, yes a picnic table inside) she said "boys!" then shook her head and walked away. Well two days later the principal (a brother) announced all chewing tobacco was not allowed to be used on school grounds.
So is this the grossest trend?
