Group projects in school need to die a horrible death.

For anyone that says they prepare to work in the real world, YOU ARE WRONG!

In the real world there is a team leader. In addition everyone has their own specialties and assigned areas to focus on. In a school group project everyone thinks they are all equal. Everyone wants things done their way.

In addition, if I say I'm going to email you stuff on Saturday, BECAUSE THATS THE ONLY DAY I HAVE TO WORK ON IT, get back to me. You would think out of 4 people, one of them could have replied by 6pm.

The best part? We are being graded on the design and layout by an instructor that sticks random, generic (came with the wordprocessor) clip art on the bottom of every assignment she gives us. Like she's a flippin' fifth grader or something.
