I'm an improviser. One of my favorite warmups is stretch and share. It's as rudimentary as it sounds-we stretch it out while sharing what's on our minds. The goal is to clear our minds of whatever we're hung up on in order to be wholly present to each other in scenes. So, whether or not you want to stretch, please share. What is it that you're focusing on that you need to let go? Word vomit is totally welcome.
