I've been having chest pain for about a day. It is in the center of my chest, right in-between my breasts. Sometimes, when it spikes or spasms or whatever, I can feel it higher in my throat and lower in my abdomen, kind of below my breasts but still mostly in the center. It hurts if I breathe, burp, or swallow. Mostly burping or taking deep breaths at this point, although it hurts when I'm doing nothing too. Putting pressure on it seems to help. It isn't a sharp or burning pain, it is an aching pain like a muscle strain.
If you've ever had a pill go down your throat the wrong way and get stuck it feels a LOT like that, except I don't have anything stuck in my throat.
It's probably not heartburn because I took like 4 tums and they did nothing, and I'm pretty sure it's not a heart attack. I'm not googling because I don't want to get freaked out, and I can't afford to go to the doctor right now unless it's REALLY serious. (my deductible has not been met for the year yet, so I would be paying completely out of pocket.)
Could I have like, scratched or torn or strained my esophagus? I don't know anatomy so I don't know if that's where I would be feeling that.

Any ideas, hive mind? It's kind of freaking me out a little but I'm trying not to worry about it.
