Hi friends! it's FRIDAY!!!!!!!! :D :D

I need substitution help for my brunch party tomorrow. I want to make this three cheese strata - but using goat cheese. I love egg + spinach + goat cheese. MM.


Do I substitute it for the gruyere? Or is the consistency more like ricotta? Does it not matter?

I have been having some snafus in the kitchen lately so I want some help! Any other brunch/ party tips are welcome too!
