It's GroupThink Fitness Open Thread time! Every week I make an attempt to have this up at a reasonable time and it never happens. Anyway, what is going on with everyone? Has anyone hit any particular goal that they are super proud of this past week?

I'd also like to pose a question to everyone who is actively trying to lose weight. Does anyone have a fear of losing weight? Any fears of how your body will change and who you'll be when it happens? This was brought up in a thread this week and it made me wonder about it so I thought I'd ask you all!

This week's song is chosen based on the fact that it's my favorite Just Dance song ever. I am so ace at it, you would not believe.
