I really love those convenient mug cake mixes, specifically the brownie mug cakes. You think I can weigh out the same amount of brownie box mix and add the requisite 2 tbsp of water and get a similar/same result? I know brownies usually have egg and oil in the batter, but I’m thinking since it’s a quick 55 second microwave to cook and eat basically right away that this should work.
And yes, I did eat the last of my brownie mug cakes earlier today and I’m eyeballing that box of brownie mix in the pantry.
