I have gotten into a habit of just dealing with shit by coasting along and then not doing basic things which I know will help me feel better. Like not straightening a messy area even though seeing that mess stresses me out. Or eating crap when I already am stressed about weight gain.
So, I am setting a goal to get that mess in the bedroom cleaned up. And I already vacuumed the living room today, which was in desperate need of it. I’m also going to take a nice hot bath either tonight or tomorrow night.
