Go home and rest they said.
I was home for an hour. Now I’m scrambling to run to GFS for more sauces and the restaurant to scrounge whatever leftover inventory I can get my hands on.
I guess these are good problems to have?
Update: The restaurant’s kitchen manager is working for me today so I can rest. Ha. He had me raid the restaurant’s inventory of our product. So fingers crossed it’s enough. And tomorrow I get to work all day to restock them.
