Carmen, as in from the opera. Is that an offensive costume? She is taking the sexy gypsy thing pretty far. My friend and I saw the opera the other night, and we had the idea that Carmen might fit her pretty well (she’s beautiful, has the hair), and could do a dead Carmen to incorporate blood. It wouldn’t be a “gypsy” costume, so much as a flowy red/black peasant dress with a red flower in her hair. Is this a terrible idea? I’m guessing the “if in doubt throw it out” maxim should apply here?
