I have decided that I want to be able to do a hand-stand.

I have never before in my life been able to do one.

So I am starting out by walking up the wall and doing tripods.

But my biggest issues is the tremendous pressure I feel in my head when upside-down. Does this get better as I get better? Is there something that I am doing wrong that causes it? It is massively uncomfortable, and is the #1 reason that I have not actually been working on this each day.

My end-goal is to be able to do a free standing hand stand... and I have watched several helpful videos about how to build up to it, and I am making a wee bit o’ progress, but the head-pressure is a killer.

Any advice?
