So, my lovely pregnant friend is having extreme pregnancy induced heartburn. Any of you wise GT'ers have tips? Ice cream and milk are already being employed. My friend is a vegetarian, who usually restricts sugar as much as possible, but due to the severity and frequency, not to mention the rib-kicker's demands, the sugar rules have been lifted. She has to sleep sitting in a chair some nights. This cannot go on much longer. Help her, please!
