I'm helping a friend put together a meal plan for her newly diabetic dad, and he's a total sweet tooth... The doc simply said to cut dessert all together, but we're looking for ideas that are both healthy and tasty, but that won't spike up his sugar level thought the roof... Ideas? I know that he can have a piece of fruit, but I'm looking for other (less boring) ideas.
