I’m trying to discern why I’m so tired/drowsy all the time and why I constantly feel like I’m drowning. I have narrowed it down to one or more of the following:
- Mild depression/anxiety?
- Massive work stress/busy?
- Migraines caused by massive work stress?
- Triptans I’m taking for said migraines, side effects of which are... sleepiness?
I feel like this is just the perfect storm of awful. Until I’m able to see my docs (neurologist and psychiatrist) next month, what can I do to cope in the meantime? Massive amounts of caffeine just make me MORE anxious, so that’s not really an option, haha. I’m already sleeping like 11-12 hours a day. I collapse into bed basically after dinner because I’m so tired and get up as late as I can in the AM. I don’t know what to do.
