I abhor exercise. I hate running for the sake of running and you will not ever find me in a gym... but I'm supposed to exercise for my heart's sake or something. So I think I'll prancercise.

I'm not at Joanna's level of awesome, I'm not yet willing to do this outside of my home (one day!), but I think I'll combine prancercising with a solo dance party to get some cardio in. Any Pandora station or song suggestions?

ETA: I'm also open to suggestions re. alternative exercise-y things. Ellipticals need not apply.
