I know there's a crafting blog but I cannot for the life of me remember the name of it and I am sure I do not have posting privileges anyway.

So some of you might remember from my last post that my great aunt passed away recently. She left me her vintage furs (found a furrier who wants them BTW) and it turns out she also left me her extensive fiber arts supplies. And by extensive I mean EXTENSIVE. Tons of yarn, every possible knitting or crochet needle you could ever want, all the embroidery supplies I will ever need, etc.

I'm good at embroidery and know what to do with all that, and I've sort of learned some basic knitting and crocheting techniques (well like the most basic stitch in each...I knitted a really simple scarf and crocheted a pot holder lol). I need to learn more, but there's no information about really basic techniques because she'd learned those like 80 years ago.

So can anyone help me figure out how to learn more? I've been googling tutorials but all the videos seem to go too fast for me and I do better with diagrams anyway, but I'm having trouble finding those. When I search specifically for terms relating to that I seem to just get patterns (also I am not very good at the internet). Any suggestions would be lovely. :)
