I thought I'd share a great recipe I found a couple years ago for shoyu ramen broth. It's super yummy and cheap!

Shoyu Romen Broth

-2 Cups chicken broth (I use Better Than Bouillon)

-1 tbsp hon tsuyu (japanese soup base)

-1 tbsp hon mirin (japanese cooking wine)

-1 tbsp soy sauce (shoyu)

-1 tsp pressed garlic

-1 tsp toasted sesame oil

Add all ingredients to two cups simmering chicken broth. Add shoyu ramen broth to (cooked) noodles and whatever vegetables and meats you would like.
