Whaaaaacha got cookin’? I’m about to roast some golden beets and throw together some pumpkin bread. We’re getting an early cold snap and I’m taking advantage and running the oven! How about you?

ETA: Any advice for substituting maple syrup for sugar? I have a buttload of maple syrup just waitin’ to be used and I think it’d be great in a pumpkin bread.
