My tailbone area, but more right of center, has been absolutely KILLING ME lately. I can't put the slightest pressure on my tail bone cuz I immediately get this uncomfortable feeling that shoots from my tailbone, to the tippy top of my head. My legs get somewhat tingly and they buckle a bit — not a lot, just when the pain gets really intense (which, blessedly, is not that often).
I'm thinking it might be some kind of repetitive stress injury related to hiking and/or running. It might even have something to do with the way I step on my feet? I dunno.
I can't wait until my Obamacare kicks in so I can go to the doc and get myself checked out. Until then, anything I can do to make it better? Any non-painkiller-related ideas are welcome.
