Hello beautiful people! I hope you all were able to spend the holidays with people who treat you well and value you! I’m curious about what kinds of amazing things we ate, so that I can get inspo for next year 😉

My main course was a beef tenderloin with horseradish cream (it doesn’t have peppercorn. the title is a lie) and it was AMAZING.


My side was three large carrots, shaved with the peeler into ribbons and sautéed with a teaspoon of olive oil for 5 minutes and tossed with 1T fresh dill and 1T lemon juice, plus salt and pepper.

Dessert was this pumpkin pudding because my pie crust didn’t want to unroll nicely. It tastes just like pie without the crust. For a 3/4” deep pud, it took about 40 minutes at 350*F.
