May I ask, of those of you on disability, or work from home, or those that just are at home all the time. Do you find yourself as the main cleaning person in your home? If so, do you do it graciously or do you feel kind of annoyed by it?
I'm asking because, as some of you know, I've been on disability since July. In the last few months, I've become the only person in my house of three that cleans, ever. I do all the dishes, even stuff I had nothing to do with. I mean, it's only emptying and filling the dishwasher, but it's still doing it. I also end up straightening up the other common areas because well, I don't like living in a mess. Normally this wouldn't bother me, but my roommate just messaged me asking if I could sweep and mop the floor because some friends are coming over tonight and 'I'm home anyway'. Am I overreacting? My anxiety has been on the uprise lately, so it's getting hard for me to tell what's real and what's imaginary anymore. Someone tell me I'm just crazy and need to breathe!
