Welcome To The Bitchery
Welcome To The Bitchery

2016 is my year of health! I’ve been working on getting medications and such in order, and now I want to start tracking how I’m feeling day-to-day, so I can better inform my doctors and see patterns, etc. Plus, thinking about my body and health more will hopefully make me more motivated in the next steps (diet and exercise).

So, if you track how you’re feeling at all, how do you do it? I could set up a journal in a moleskine fairly easily, but I’d like to see if there’s anything online or any apps that would work for this purpose. Things I’m hoping to keep track of:
-how much water I’ve drank
-caffeine intake
-pulse (I’m currently struggling with high pulse so I need to be able to input numbers, several times a day)
-whether I’ve taken various prescriptions
-anxiety/depression/general mood
-fatigue/energy level
-sinuses (pressure/congestion/drip)

I looked at symple, which is beautiful, but I need to be able to input hard numbers for some things. Anyone have any other ideas? I’d be open to dedicated apps or even particular setups for google docs/sheets, onenote, or evernote.
