Recently, I was in a situation where it put me in a foul mood. The situation was resolved in my favor, but I was still in a bad mood.
I sat down and watched some anime and knit a few rounds on my sock, and that was enough to put the really bad, no-good, foul mood to bed.
So, GT: How do you break a bad mood? I'm curious because sometimes the things I normally reach for (media and knitting) aren't enough, and the mood has to just go away on its own.
