How do you self soothe after a long day?

What do you usually do to treat yo self after you've had either a really long or really rough day? What little things do you indulge in after being all badass all the time?

I just worked 11 hours straight. I kept meaning to take lunch, but I never got around to it, so it was 11 hours with a couple of 5 minute breaks. I sent my boss an email basically saying "Sooo, I forgot to take lunch. Can I just count the extra 2.5 hours I stayed as 3?" Hopefully she's cool with it.


Now I'm listening to Al Green on Spotify, wearing a clay mask, and playing with my dog while I massage my wrist because I can feel carpal tunnel tingles.
