Hedgehim is attending a work discussion on diversifying leadership roles in his company. (There are no women in the top 15 positions.)

He'd love some articles or research on why it is good to have a diversity of minorities in higher positions and/or strategies that have been developed to find the right balance within leadership teams.

Halp GT! Maybe we can make a difference and change some old white dudes' opinions on hiring more ladies.

ETA: Articles on how women are systematically kept out of being promoted to better jobs would probably also be helpful!
