When I have anxiety, it's due to medical issues. Sometimes it helps just to say what I'm scared about out loud and then talk myself down. So I'm doing that here.
I was fine yesterday, running around all day. I woke up this morning and when I take a deep breath it feels like something gets caught in my ribcage and there's a sharp pain.
I can walk fine. I can move around fine and bend and pick up things fine. It hasn't gotten worse as the day has gone on. I can take normal breaths just fine.
But I sneezed once and that was horrible.
Here's what I think happened - I think I slept in a really odd position on that side. I fell asleep on one of those husband pillow things. I think it irritated a muscle which keeps getting irritated when the ribcage brushes up against it. I don't have any blood clot risks.
I would like this to go away now. I didn't go swimming today because of it (and it's pouring here and I'm feeling lazy) but chop chop. I hate when these freak things happen and scare me.
