This screenshot is from the comments section of the Atlantic article about how 2% of Google's workforce is black. I don't really know what's going on in this discussion.
I do feel that if you ask a rhetorical question and someone answers it with the relevant statistics (which, maybe, you already knew but most people reading might not have known), that's not really mansplaining. Maybe the exact numbers don't matter so much to Fraga's point because people have a rough idea of what they are, but I don't see how it's mansplaining to provide them.
