I got to the liquor store and was so overwhelmed by all the choices that I just grabbed something that looked appealing. I am not used to this store, it was much bigger than my normal one (I thought I was being clever, because "More choices!")

So I got the Kim Crawford Pinot Noir. I had tried their Chardonnay before, and I know that Chardonnay and Pinot Noirs often do well in the same regions. Verdict: Yummy. More robust than some other Pinot Noirs I've had in the past, which is not a bad thing, just different than I'm used to. It hasn't had a chance to breathe, but I'm drinking it anyway, because I'm crazy like that...
