I got to work at 7:30 this morning, successfully finished one blog post, and now am mired in ADHD distraction again. This doesn't bode well. I try to get in as early as I can to do as much as I can before brain drain sets in, but in my current state at my current medication levels it just isn't working.
I'm hoping that my doctor's appointment today will help me and maybe fix some stuff. I want less anxiety and more focusing power.
