So I've mentioned before that I do a lot of aerial circus arts. I'm planning to do an intensive program this summer, but one of my teachers in the company asked me today if I wanted to audition in April for her upcoming show!!!

I never thought I'd be even CONSIDERED for performance, because I don't have a dance or gymnastics background like many of the people I train with. I just don't have the amazing lines they do.

I think it'll be a really great experience regardless of whether I get in to the show or not. It'll just be cool to prepare a piece with performance in mind. And it's motivation to work even harder!

I haven't auditioned for anything since doing chorus as school as a kid! Any tips?
