I have an interview next month to join a supply teacher agency. Any tips? My current work experience is predominantly working with the learning department at a museum and managing a very small charity that works with a local school. I will ultimately be working towards a PGCE, but so far I am not a qualified teacher.

Basically, does anyone have any experience with cover agencies? What sort of things are they looking for, beyond resilience, thinking on your feet, being able to talk to young people, etc? As an unqualified supply teacher, do you think I'm being optimistic in hoping for three days work a week?
